Kareli & Gabriel’s Heartfelt Wedding on Vancouver Island

Kareli and Gabriel’s wedding was a heartfelt celebration that unfolded across some of the most breathtaking locations on Vancouver Island. The day began at the elegant Laurel Point Inn in Victoria, where the couple got ready overlooking the harbour — the calm morning light setting a peaceful tone for what was to come. From there, they travelled to the iconic Butchart Gardens, where they held their intimate ceremony and reception amidst lush blooms, winding pathways, and timeless beauty. Surrounded by vibrant gardens and the scent of fresh flowers, their vows felt deeply personal — a quiet, emotional tribute not only to each other, but to the bride’s late mother, whose love for this place made it a meaningful choice for their wedding day.

As the sun dipped lower, the celebration continued at Church & State Winery, where the mood shifted into full celebration. With string lights overhead and glasses raised high, Kareli and Gabriel danced the night away with their closest friends and family, many of whom had flown in from across the U.S. to be there. Every detail of the day was woven with intention and heart — a beautiful blend of joy, remembrance, and deep connection. It wasn’t just a wedding; it was a tribute to legacy, love, and the places that shape us.
